Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how we build enterprise AI and secure software, how we work with you, and what to expect.
Hackules is a software development company headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We build production-grade enterprise AI systems and secure, scalable custom software (web, mobile and enterprise applications) for businesses and public institutions in Bangladesh and worldwide.
We focus on two service lines: Enterprise AI (LLM and generative AI solutions, document and data intelligence, predictive analytics and machine learning, computer vision, AI integration and MLOps, AI strategy and readiness) and Secure Software Development (custom web and enterprise applications, mobile app development, API and systems integration, security assessment and penetration testing, DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure, compliance and governance).
Yes. Most of our enterprise AI work runs on the client's own infrastructure or private cloud so that sensitive data never leaves your control. We support AWS, Azure, GCP and on-premise GPU servers, and can work with self-hosted open-weight models as well as commercial APIs.
We design for data minimisation from the start: private or on-premise deployments, no training on your data by third parties, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging and, where required, data residency inside your country or cloud region.
We threat-model before designing, follow OWASP secure-coding standards, run automated static and dependency scanning in CI, and verify each release with penetration testing. Security is part of every sprint, not a final checklist.
Our core stack is Python (Django, FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js, Node.js), Flutter and React Native for mobile, PostgreSQL, Docker and Kubernetes, and AWS, Azure or GCP for cloud. We choose the stack that fits your team and long-term maintainability rather than a fixed toolset.
Fixed-scope projects are quoted after a short discovery phase; longer engagements run as monthly dedicated teams. Contact us with a brief and we will respond within one business day.
A proof-of-concept or MVP typically takes 6 to 12 weeks. Full enterprise systems are usually delivered in phases over 4 to 9 months. We give a concrete timeline after the discovery phase.
You do. All source code, models, documentation and deliverables created for your project are assigned to you on payment, and everything lives in repositories and cloud accounts you control.
Yes. We offer maintenance, monitoring and SLA-backed support plans for both AI systems and software platforms we deliver, including model performance monitoring, security patching and feature enhancements.
